Pro Family Advocate is a service designed to empower and encourage family wellness, through advocacy, education and linkage to family-centered services. Whether it is parent coaching, child behavioral issues, advocating for an appropriate education for your child or finding an appropriate home for your elderly parent, we are here to assist you.
In partnering with your family, Pro Family Advocate will facilitate the pursuit of wellness, recovery and resilience. We work with parents to develop strength based and individualized strategies for meeting their families needs and establishing consistency in the home. We link families with community resources, advocate on their behalf and ensure that the work of the team is family driven. When appropriate we will consult with teachers, administrators and other school staff regarding social and emotional needs of students and coordinate family, school and community resources on behalf of your children from preschool through High School. We believe that Kids do well if they can and if they aren’t, something must be getting in their way. Pro Family Advocate will help you figure out what’s getting in your child’s way and teach skills to help them.
